San Antonio, TX – February 17, 2011 – According to the January 2011 Multiple Listing Service report by the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR), the percentage of single-family residential home sales is up 11 percent from this time a year ago. The number of sales totaled 922, compared to 827 in January 2010.
