Home Builder confidence soared last month, the most in nearly a decade Texas Cities still among the Nation's fastest growing with 6 of the Nation's top 7 fastest growing cities Texas Tops Nation in job gains.  Texas has gained 410,400 jobs from May 2007 to May 2012.  Coming in a distant second New York with 88,600 jobs.  California has lost 891,200 jobs. Eagle Ford shale growth...number of well permits issued in 2009 were 94, over 2800 in 2011 with an estimated total of 22,000 well permits coming.  It will take 20 years to drill all of these wells and each well might last 20 years.  We are looking at this lasting possibly 40 years.
